The oligarchic capitalism as a national security threat in modern Russia

In the framework of the systemic scientific analysis the article considers positive and in a greater degree negative aspects of the political and economic model of oligarchic capitalism implemented in the Russian society. The author proposes a project of more effective model of strategic development of Russia in the XXI century -“people's capitalism”. Formation of the new model, according to the author, guarantees the progressive development of the Russian society in rapidly changing geopolitical and geo-economic conditions of the modern world.
