Omsk scientific-methodological school. Dedication to the 60th anniversary of professor V.I. Razumov

In modern scientific reality great importance is attached to the formation and functioning of scientific schools. In the article considers Omsk scientific methodological school of Professor Vladimir Ilyich Razumov. The analysis of education, functions and semantic content of the Omsk scientific-methodological school were carried out. One of the main directions of the Omsk scientific-methodological school is the development and implementation of new intellectual technologies that support the development of cognitive thinking resources. The basis of the scientific school of Professor V.I. Razumov is a categorical-system methodology (СSM) and the theory of dynamic information systems (TDIS). Due to this research methodology, various scientific ideas, hypotheses, theories can be expressed in block-schemes that fit the necessary scientific material. Using techniques for systematization of research materials and planning scientific work, applying categorical structures for the purpose of ranking knowledge, developing and using category systems make it possible to make the scientific creative process more effective. Scientific-methodological School of Professor V.I. Razumov has been functioning in Omsk for almost twenty years. Diplomas of higher education, magistracy on the base of categorically-systemic methodologies are defended at Omsk State Agrarian University named after P.A. Stolypin for more than 12 years. Twelve scientific and practical conferences dedicated to the methodology of the AIC, biology, chemistry, and geodesy were conducted on the base of CSM. Omsk scientific-methodological school of Professor V.I. Razumov is an authoritative scientific entity not only in the Omsk region, the Siberian district, but also throughout Russia. Due to CSM, many scientific articles have been written and several candidate and doctoral dissertations have been defended. At present, the scientific-methodological school of Professor V.I. Razumov is actively going to the international level.
