The thesis "a ontological relativity" in a context of research of interrelations epistemological units of a domain-oriented modeling environment is discussed. The reception, natural in technological system, of a reduction of set of epistemological units is offered: to design the recursion conceptual frameworks. Appropriate "the framework of frameworks" is described and its use are considered.
