Danger to decriminate the actions provided in art. 116 and 119 of the Russian Federation Criminal code

Battery and death threat or grave harm to health are considered as an offense against health of a person. The author points out that the nature and the degree of social danger of the criminal actions have been underestimated. As a result it was supposed that these auctioned should be decriminalized. Since the norms mentioned above are norms of double prevention, their exclusion can cause the growth of violent crime.
