The authors examine the questions used in the civil circulation design option agreement, the subject of which acts as the acquisition cost of the right to conclude a future contract on the purchase or sale of an asset. Based on the analysis of Russian legislation and judicial practice offers legal qualification of the option contract, and are determined by the rules of its legal regulation.
