Operational risks in corporate lending: maintenance and management features

The article carries out a critical analysis of various approaches to the operational risk of the commercial bank. The author substantiates an original definition of the operational risk of lending to corporate customers. The paper also considers the features of the operational risk management in the context of corporate lending in terms of the institutional economy.
