Operational search event removal of information from technical communication channels in the search for missing persons

The article discusses the need of legislative regulation of the use of operational search measures " collecting of information from technical communication channels", carried out in the search for missing persons. The author concludes that the operational search legislation does not allow to use this operational search activity in all cases of missing persons. Attention is paid to the importance of this operational search method for solving the problems of operational search activities for the search for the missing persons. Solutions to that problem are suggested.
