Operational implementation

This article deals with legal and theoretical issues of operational implementation. So, what are the goals of operational implementation and what types exist. The article deals with the aspects of criminal liability of embedded employees for the harm caused. The author puts forward a variant of developing the Institute of imaginary participation, according to which operational employees are exempt from criminal liability.
