Determination of catalase activity in buds of woody plants

The study to determine the catalase activity in the buds of woody deciduous species in the street green strip in the central part of Yoshkar-Ola city is presented. The studied indicator in the conditions of the city was higher than in the Botanical garden-institute of VSUT. The buds of Malus baccata characterized by the greatest activity of catalase, whose index was three times higher than the values of Tilia cordata and Aesculus hippocastanum.
