Defining the target function of the federal state unitary enterprises

The author of the article analyzes the dynamics of the state the process of eliminating the use of the Institute of unitary enterprises based on the right of business (FSUE), and its prospects. The main alternatives are transformations of these companies highlights the main challenges to transform into other organizational and legal forms. It describes the goals and objectives of the FSUE inclusion in the program of privatization of federal property for the current and the next planning period (2017-2019 years).
