The theoretical preconditions of the admissible and limiting conditions definition of the controllable parameters of shearing-machine details and units are stated. The technique of the dead-lock (limiting wear) determination of the rotation center head on an example of the eccentric mechanism is presented. Recommendations about decrease in wear of the rotation center are provided.
