Determination of factors of the efficiency of business processes based on the quality management of the enterprises of the rocket-space industry

Due to the increasing complexity of optimizing the organizational and economic mechanism based on the economic tools of process management at the enterprises of the cash register, a system concept has been developed that is used for the purpose of prospective monitoring of the implementation of the tasks of the enterprise’s business processes depending on its individual characteristics. The underestimation of the analysis of business processes and errors in identifying the factors of their effectiveness have an impressive impact on the general condition of the enterprise. At the same time, process efficiency indicators are a powerful tool for arguing the projects being implemented and monitoring their implementation. Currently, a separate role is given to enterprises operating in the field of research and development work to create new materials and technologies that carry out materials science support of rocket and space equipment at all stages of their life cycle as well as creating low-tonnage production of materials and components for mass-production of rocket and space technologies. The presented concept of the mechanism determines the need to apply modern methods and approaches to the management of business processes and the automation of activities based on the quality management basis, and under the influence of modern conditions for the development of rocket and space enterprises.
