Determination of the hydrological characteristics of the river taking into account regional peculiarities

Statistical series of long-term observations of ambient air temperature, precipitation, and water content of rivers of the Kaliningrad region are considered. Evaporation layers and annual precipitation amounts are calculated. The hydrological series of the Pregoli River has been built. The characteristic of the Pregoli River (average annual flow) has remained unchanged for 130 years. The linear trend of average annual expenses is calculated. A horizontal straight line was obtained with a relative change of a little more than one percent, which lies within the measurement error. In some cases, there is a decrease in expenses in the spring months (high water) and an increase in flood events, including in some winter months. In the Ka-liningrad region, the role of rain floods is great.
