Determination of the effectiveness of magnesium sulfate influence on the dynamics of the morphometric parameters of the uterus and ovaries of rats in modeling nutritional magnesium deficiency

The experiment found that abnormalities in the reproductive system in female rats associated with degenerative changes such as increased height and volume fraction of nuclei of simple columnar epithelium, volume fraction of exocrinocyte nuclei, wall thickness of blood vessels of the myometrium, decreased volume fraction of endometrial glands, height of exocrinocytes, thickness of the myometrium and endometrium were observed in alimentary deficiency of magnesium. The administration of magnesium sulfate resulted in reduced height of simple columnar epithelium, increased the volume fraction of nuclei of simple columnar epithelium, increased volume fraction of endometrial glands and nuclei of exocrinocytes.
