Identification of problems and directions of development of process of management of innovations

In article reengineering of process of management of innovations of the industrial enterprise is considered. The model of the management process existing at the enterprise is presented. Its structure, contents and features of realization of each subprocess which is his part is considered. Problems of structure of process of management of innovations and realization of separate subprocesses are defined. The choice of new subprocesses is reasonable and the model ofprocess of management of innovations allowing to solve the revealed problems is developed.
