Definition of control methods of mas-wrestlers’ sports readiness

Modern mas-wrestling - a new sport which for a short time gained popularity not only in Russia, but also abroad. Mas-wrestling in 2003 is included in the All-Russian register of sports, in the All-Russian sports classification, since 2011 the All-Russian federation of mas-wrestling works International, and since February 20, 2015. The executive committee of the International federation approved on February 24, 2012 the international rules on mas-wrestling. Sources of this sport proceed from national games and entertainments of the people Sakha [1, 3] and not incidentally mas-wrestling is included in curricula of two leading higher education institutions of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia, it is institute of physical education and sport of Northeast federal university of M.K. Ammosov and Churapchinsky state institute of physical education and sport for the purpose of training of highly qualified specialists in mas-wrestling.
