Different types of mineral fertilizers that are considered the key reason of bio contamination are applied for sustainable agricultural industry. Most all elements of the Periodic table of D.I. Mendeleev are detected in the soil. That is why the most vital ecological problem is the protection of the soil from the super saturation with different kinds of anthropogenic impacts. The objective of the study was the determination minerals in soil extracts with the high resolution efficient express-method. The obtained results were compared with the minimum standard knowledge. The research target was finding out the excess of MPC (maximum permissible concentration) of mineral substances in the soil extracts. Determination of minerals in the soil was carried out on the territory of the Orel region on private garden plots, OOO "Druzhba" of the village Znamenka. For soil analysis we selected soil mixed samples to a depth of cultivated layer. Soil lot for analysis was taken by the method of "average sample". We used six soil samples (ordinary Chernozem). The soil extracts were investigated by quantitative method of spectral analysis (atomic emission). At the same time the conceptual study to develop test methods for Express analysis of microelements in the soil under environmental issue on the Orel region territory was carried out. We identified actual acidity, i.e. the active ion concentration of hydrogen pH in soil solutions of six samples on the ion meter. The analysis of the data obtained in the experiment showed that from of the six samples of soil extracts in the analysis the values of рН were determined within the limits of 7-8 no less than trice. This suggests that, it is not necessary to apply nonorganic and other fertilizers in the plots.
