Results of experimental and theoretical probes of cutting process of compacted snow by model of dumping type working body, allowing to define optimum geometrical parameteres of cutting edge are reduced. Use of results of researches by road-operational organizations at execution of snow removal operations, will allow to raise the efficiency of compacted snow destruction located on the road surface.
