Analysis of existing methods and means of air disinfection, namely, ultraviolet radiation and ozone. The principle of operation and the results from the use of irradiators-ozonizers. Analysis of the characteristics of ultraviolet bactericidal llamas and their positive effects on animals. Areas and features of the use of the irradiator-ozonator of air in pig-breeding premises. Study of mathematical models of the process of bactericidal irradiation, determination of the main parameters and operating modes of the irradiator. Study of changes in the air composition in the livestock building when the OZUF irradiator-ozonator is turned on. As a result of the analysis of the obtained experimental data, the regression equations have the following form for each optimization criterion, which make it possible to obtain rational modes of UV bactericidal irradiation and air ozonation. 1.
