Determination of parameters of work of model systems of a vacuum sewage system

This article proposes a method for calculating vacuum sewerage systems and considers its application for determining the parameters of the operation of natural networks. Checking the regularities established in the course of laboratory studies, when calculating the vacuum system of a real water disposal facility, showed their accuracy and reliability. The main factors influencing the length of the calculated section depending on the terrain and pressure losses in the design section of the vacuum pipeline are determined. As a result of the comparative calculation, it is determined that the application of the proposed method for calculating the vacuum transport of sewage gives exact values of the magnitude of the pressure loss at the calculated sections of the network, makes it possible to trace the results of regulating factors affecting the operation of the system, and also to choose the most economical variants of the main parameters of the vacuum sewage system, increasing its effectiveness.
