Determination of the law to be applied in the case of child support obligations in private international law

The article analyzes the law that is applied in determining alimony in favor of minor children under Russian law with the participation of a foreign element. The authors cite world practice governing which legislation applies to alimony with the participation of foreign persons. It is proposed to consolidate in the definition of the right to be applied the legislation of which the minor child is a citizen.
