Determination of legal borders’ definitions of thesaurus of public-private partnership in public health as conditions of its realization

In the article, some problems hindering the implementation of public-private partnerships in health care are indentified, and the issue of legal definition of the boundaries of the definitions for contractual arrangements in the framework of public-private partnerships in health care are actualized, and the main approaches to the definition of specific terms in the medical field, which are necessary for legal framework for the formation of the implementation of the PPP and the formation of civil relations in the context of cooperation between the state and business in the health sector are actualized.
