Identification of priority directions of economy development for Sevastopol city

The article presents a study of the competitive advantages for Sevastopol region, allowed to identify the most promising directions of economy development of the city of Sevastopol. These innovative industries are high-tech small-scale production, as well as shipbuilding and ship repair. Natural and climatic conditions of the city will successfully develop the tourism component, as well as the agricultural industry, primarily wine and gardening. Quantitative evaluation of development priorities, obtained by T. Saaty’s technique of paired comparisons, confirm the results of empirical research.
