Reserves determination of the optimization model of resource support in the research projects management

The relevance of this study lies in the search of additional economy sources in project management. The issue of saving financial resources is considered in research projects (innovative projects, design development projects, etc.). First of all, the possibility of implementing a project with the necessary level of quality, maintaining deadlines and a minimum level of labor costs is being studied, since this type of project is time-consuming, that is, the largest part of the cost is paid for wages. The constructed project resource optimization model is supplemented by an analysis of its limitations in order to determine the resources and their reserves that most affect the optimality criterion. The “redundant” and “scarce” constraints in the project are determined, and possible scenarios for reducing the optimality criterion with changing constraints are calculated. The most "scarce" resources were found - a category of specialists whose changing limitations will lead to an improvement in the optimality criterion, as well as the intervals of their possible change. The results of the study can be used in the research projects management both at the micro level (enterprise) and at the mesoscale (regional management).
