Determination of a grinding finish roughness on basis of analysis autocorrelation function

The new approach to an estimation of a surface microgeometry of details of machines and mechanisms after final polishing is offered in the article. The method based on application of optic-electronic means and computer technologies is laid in the foundation of determination of a microgeometry. Results of an estimation of a surface microgeometry of details after grinding are presented in the article.
