Determination of statistical indicators of the application processing process in the hr department using GPSS tools

The article performs simulation modeling of the process of processing applications for vacancies in the HR department of a large company on the GPSS platform. Statistical indicators of the effectiveness of processing applications are determined. It suggests ways to improve processes to increase the productivity of the HR department.
