Definition of status and concepts of refugee and forced migrant

In the article the basic definitions of the concepts refugee and forced migrant, used in different branches of knowledge, are analyzed. The technologies of social work with migrants, providing not only the system of rendering assistance to separate individuals and groups, who are in difficult life situation in consequence of migration, but also reorganization of social environment, account of migration situation, character of migratory streams, number of migrants, their categories.
