In article questions of inclusion royalties in customs value of goods, containing objects of intellectual property are considered, the problem of determining the price of a license. The specificity of pricing for goods containing intellectual property objects, types of license payments, as well as the analysis of the digital economy in the Russian Federation, its implementation and improvement at the present stage was considered.
