Determining the level of maturity of project management in a commercial bank through a diagnosis of components of intellectual capital

The approach of project management maturity assessment, which was adapted to the specific of commercial bank activity, has been developed through the diagnostic of intellectual capital in this paper as a factor of achievement commercial banks' business targets. The stepwise plan (instruction) was outlined for identifying the ability of commercial bank to realize complex projects, which fully correspond to the actually strategy.
