A new structure of an optical multisensor system (OMS) is considered, that involves polyselective optical sensors instead of selective ones. A distinctive feature of polyselective sensors is the presence of bandpass filters with non-uniform spectral characteristics. Based on the assessment of the intensity of light components reflected from biological tissues, conclusions are drawn about the functional state of the human body. The spectral composition of the patient's irradiation light is determined by a set of monochrome optical emitters. If necessary, the irradiation spectrum can be changed by altering the set of emitters and selecting the appropriate sensitivity matrix from the database. The approbation of the OMS on a mathematical model of a six-sensor system showed that with good knowledge of the shape of the components of reflected light, this model estimates the intensity of reflected light without systematic errors at a distance between peaks (resolution) equal to the width at half the height.
