Optimal capital structure of development companies

Despite the long history of the development of scientific approaches to optimizing the capital structure, the topic of selecting sources of funding for development companies remains relevant. The availability of alternative forms of attracting financial resources, on the one hand, and dynamic processes in the capital market, on the other, require constant attention to the organization’s capital structure and the formation of its optimal structure. The article discusses the capital structure of a conventional construction company and concludes that it is efficient, as well as the current situation in the construction market.
