Optimum maintenance of normalization the occlusal parities before dental implantation by the method of teeth selective grinding

Orthopedic treatment with use of implants is carried out by qualitative preparation of oral cavity for im-plantation. The bone tissue is very sensitive to the functional loadings both on teeth and on implants. Not leveled occlusal plane creates preconditions to the raised occlusal loading and, as consequence, to a de-struction of bone tissue. One of the methods of elimination this negative factor is selective teeth grinding. The purpose of selective teeth grinding is liquidation of premature supracontacts. Feature of supracontacts is that they not always come to light at visual survey in oral cavity. Their diagnostics is extremely impor-tant. 89 persons shared in research. On the basis of survey, clinical analysis of occlusion and articulation and additional research 4 groups of patients, having occlusal supracontacts of various aetiologies are gen-erated. Their differential diagnostics allowed to carry out adequate teeth grinding both in central occlu-sion, and at front and lateral occlusions. On this basis the differentiated approach to treatment of the given category of patients is offered. The algorithm of treatment is developed.
