Optimal reliability control of hierarchical systems of space technology at manufacturers

Consideration is given to statistical reliability control of complicated systems of space technology in small-batch production. A computer model for planning optimal control of specified reliability requirements in a two-level hierarchical structure has been developed: in production of space technology products that make up the hierarchical system of space technology, and in production of the system as a whole. Control plans are interrelated and optimal in terms of minimizing the target functions of economic costs of control, and losses associated with the risks of making erroneous decisions, which are truncated. The use of truncated risks makes it possible to take into account all a priori accumulated information on reliability of space technology products and systems, significantly for practical use in their small-batch production.
