Optimization of company business processes

This article presents an analysis of the business processes of JSC Bryanskavtodor, aimed at assessing the current state of the enterprise and determining its development prospects. The work summarizes key aspects, including characteristics of consumer segments, value propositions and communication channels with customers. The main focus is on identifying bottlenecks in existing business processes, which allows optimizing costs and increasing efficiency. The use of a specialized ARAN system for automating road maintenance, including preliminary investments, depreciation and operating costs, is considered. The results of the analysis indicate high investment attractiveness of the project. The work emphasizes the importance of strategic management and continuous improvement of business processes in a competitive environment, which is the key to sustainable growth and financial stability of any company.
