Optimization of companies business processes using blockchain technology

This article highlights the strategic importance of using blockchain technologies to optimize business processes at modern companies. It presents the results of a content analysis of international research on the application of blockchain technologies in business processes. It demonstrates that new blockchain initiatives can scale beyond pilot projects and startups in traditional sectors of the economy. The authors highlight the key advantages and disadvantages of using blockchain technologies by enterprises and provide successful examples of implementing blockchain technologies in the business processes of Russian companies. The use of blockchain in conjunction with models enhanced to address key factors in data identification and analysis is of particular importance when designing complex business scenarios. The article outlines the key stages of implementing blockchain in enterprise business processes. It is concluded that blockchain-based business processes and business models should not only ensure technical innovation and increased economic efficiency, but also determine the inclusiveness and sustainability of companies in the context of the innovative development of the digital economy.
