Optimization of diagnostics and treatment of post-injection tunnel mononeuropathy of the sedilous nerve in children

This review reflects modern views on the difficulties of diagnosis, treatment of tunnel mononeuropathies of the sciatic nerve of various etiologies. A diagnostic pattern based on modern methods of neurophysiological examination is presented, a scheme of drug and non-drug therapy is proposed.
