Optimizing the preparedness of personnel to carry out technological safety

The original methodology of personnel testing is offered; it enables to estimate personnel readiness to carry out safe activity, to carry out professional selection and to bring up professionally significant qualities. It makes it possible to reduce the number of experiments with simultaneous increase of statistical reliability, to study the influence of particular types of testing on error-freeness, accuracy or speed of work performance by a specialist, to take into account individual features and to find the optimal form of testing.
