Optimization of information flows in the organs of the everyday department of the unified state system of prevention and elimination of emergency situations

The analysis of the regulatory and legal framework regulating the collection and exchange of information in a unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations (RSES) has been carried out. On the example of the Udmurt territorial subsystem, the main shortcomings in the process of collecting information carried out by the bodies of day-to-day management of the RSES were considered. The scheme and functional models of the process of passing information about emergencies are described and described. The main reasons for the untimeliness, incompleteness and unreliability of the information provided are revealed. The proposals were developed to increase the efficiency of the passage and quality of information between the participants in the information exchange in the bodies of day-to-day management of the RSES.
