Optimizations the contract system of municipal procurement

The article analyzes the current changes in the contract system in the field of public procurement for 2024, problems, solutions, optimization. The procurement system has been operating under force majeure since pandemic 2020, the need to adapt to which requires constant changes in laws. Despite the fact that the contract system is optimized annually, new regulatory acts are adopted, legislation regulating this area is simplified, and the procurement process becomes more logical and simple, today there are still a number of problems hindering the effective development of the public and municipal procurement system.
