Optimization of treatment of fractures of the distal end of the humerus in children

Бесплатный доступ

Fractures of the distal end of the humerus are one of the most common elbow joint injuries in children, requiring a careful approach to diagnosis and treatment. Anatomical and physiological features of the growing skeleton and the stage of ossification create additional difficulties in treatment, especially in the context of choosing an intervention method. In recent years, technologies such as arthroscopy and navigation systems have made a significant contribution to improving treatment outcomes, which can significantly improve the accuracy of surgical procedures, minimize tissue injury and accelerate recovery. An important part of the modern approach is the individualization of treatment depending on the age of the patient, the type of fracture and its location. The article examines the features of diagnosis, classification and treatment of fractures of the distal end of the humerus in children with an emphasis on modern imaging methods and minimally invasive techniques.
