The micropropagation of the Angelique tea-hybrid rose was studied. The results showed that the joint use of 1 mg / L of 6-benzylaminopurine and 20 mg / L adenine had a positive effect on proliferation. The highest rhizogenesis of regenerants was obtained on Gamborg-Eveleigh medium (rooting frequency 83.6%). It was observed that significant improvement in biometric parameters (the height of regenerated shoots, the number of leaves) was when using the commercial soil substrate "Universal Garden Land" at the adaptation stage. The results also showed that foliar treatment with a plant growth regulator "Siliplant" contributed to an increase in the yield of adapted plants by 7.7% (for LSD 6.9%).
