Parameters optimization of new method of thin-walled tees forming

In the given article the new method of thin-walled t-tees forming is presented. ANSYS/LS-DYNA is applied to analyze and optimize parameters of process for the purpose of reduction the quantity of experiments and real prototypes. The pact of the blank which the greatest influences on non-uniform thickness and metal consumption is spotted. By means of the Box-Uilson method parameters of a joint stroke of side and forming are optimised.
