QOS parameter optimization under traffic quality of service for 3G networks

The article explores organizational features of multilevel Quality of Service (QoS) management structure based on 3G protocols fundamental architecture functionality. It is shown that differential QoS management, based on classifi ed QoS parameters multicriterion optimization and effi cient network resources administration, is the main problem to solve. Its proposed to implement special multi-user signal co-processing algorithms in non-Gaussian channel with channel estimation and intersystem multiple access interference equalization, providing QoS parameters multi-criterion optimization in the interests of system performance improvement.
