Optimization of cutting decorative concrete parameters

Experimental studies were carried out to optimize the cutting parameters of decorative concrete from the point of view of obtaining high productivity at minimal cost. A regression dependence of the power consumption on the tool feed amount is obtained. In addition, an assessment of the intensity of tool wear on the properties of the material being processed was conducted. The optimal cutting parameters are determined, namely, the feed rate S and the peripheral cutting speed Vp.
