Each commodity market has the features of merchandising defining nature of activities for planning, the organization and control of physical movement of goods from places of their production to use places. Development of the food market is connected with improvement of organizational and economic relationship between participants of the market, development of rational schemes of merchandising, improvement of technology of processing of food staples, complex use of all components of the delivered product, a choice of economic types of transport for each type of production, minimization of costs of transportation and storage, etc. The optimum parameters of structure of the income of subjects of the agrofood market providing its proportional balanced development due to creation of equal economic conditions to all producers irrespective of forms of ownership and managing along with price tools in creation of an equal share of the prices and conditions of expanded reproduction that will allow to provide effective development of the agrofood market are proved. Elimination of the losses in the price received as a result of an unprofitable marketing chain will allow to increase a share of the income from 6,6 to 21,9% depending on the extent of subject of the agrofood market.
