Optimization of prelaunch readiness of highly qualified rowers in a kayak and canoe in the last days before the competition

As in many other sports, in rowing and canoeing to achieve high sports results, optimal prestart training of rowers in the last days before the competition is very important. In this regard, the authors, taking into account the literature data, their own many years of practical sports and coaching experience, as well as the results of the natural pedagogical experiment, describe some of its features.
