Optimization of production clerk

Purpose: To study the history of the formation of the institute of writ of production in Russia with a view to further streamlining and harmonization. Methodology: We used the historical, legal and comparative legal methods. Results: The publication reflects the changes that have taken place at the Institute of writ of production of the Russian Empire and the Soviet legislation. Novelty/originality/value: The paper has a high scientific value, because it is a comparative analysis of the Russian and foreign legislation, and comparative analysis of approaches at different times to avoid a large number of errors, which are often present in the revision of the old and the creation of new concepts.
