Optimization of extracorporeal detoxication treatment in case of acute destructive pancreatitis toxaemia

Analyzed treatment outcomes for patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis, which was used immunocor- rection therapy combined with selective Portal membrane plasmapheresis. Examined 182 patients with se- vere necrotizing pancreatitis. Application of selective Portal plasmapheresis have lowered the degree of gravity of the system endotoxicosis (p
