Optimization of estimated prices for reducing other costs in construction organizations

The construction industry contributes to the development of society through the construction of industrial and service buildings and structures, social facilities, residential buildings, engineering communications, engineering communications. Therefore, it is very important to conduct scientific research, develop innovative ideas and scientifically based proposals and recommendations aimed at organizing the rational and effective use of funds allocated for construction projects in our country. The relevance of the topic of this dissertation is determined by the fact that in this work the emphasis is on optimizing the estimated cost of construction projects by reducing other costs that make up the cost of construction work.
