The data of studies for 2020-2022 to determine the optimal flow rate of the working fluid when spraying with a mixture of herbicides (agritox 1 l/ha and legion- 0.4 l/ha) of oil flax crops in the steppe zone of Western Siberia (Odessa district of Omsk oblast). In all years of research, there was a deficit of precipitation during the growing seasons. The HTC ranged from 0.52 (2020) to 0.37 (2022), indicating extremely dry weather conditions. The content of productive moisture in the meter layer of soil during the sowing of flax ranged from 83.0-85.2 mm (2020) to 132.7-139.4 mm (2022). By harvest, moisture reserves decreased to 41.3-42.2 mm (2020) and to 60.6-67.5 mm (2022). The survival rate of flax plants against a non-fertilized background increased as the consumption of working fluid increased from 52.0 to 55.5%, and against the background of ammophos (N12P52) from 50.9 to 57.2%. The yield of flax seeds increased respectively from 0.773 to 1.064 t/ha on an unfertilized background and from 0.943 to 1.092 t/ha on a fertilized one. At the same time, the water consumption for the production of 1 ton of flax seeds decreased from 1829 to 1622 tons on the unfertilized background and from 1697 to 1472 tons on the background of ammophos. The optimal flow rate of the working fluid when spraying oil flax crops with herbicides in the steppe zone of Western Siberia is 200 l/ha.
